Got in quite a bit of activity today. Three total walks that added up to more than 10k steps and the workout below:

1 round
A. RDL @ 225lbs (20 reps)
B. 1 min farmer’s walk with 55lb dumbbells

2 rounds of 8,7,6,5 with 2 min between sets
A. BW row (feet elevated)
B. Band-resisted pushup (blue band)

3 rounds
A. Face pull @ 30lbs for 15 reps
B. Row – 200m (:41, :40, :39)
