Didn’t get as much activity in today as I would have liked. I’m guessing I’ll end up around 7,500 steps when it’s all said and done. However, I did get in a pretty solid workout.

1 round of 8, 7, 6, 5 (2 minutes rest in between rounds)
A. Sumo Deadlift @ 235lbs
B. Chest-supported Row @ 200lbs

A. Dumbbell Push Press @ 35lbs
B. Parallel grip pull-up

Stability Ball Hamstring Curl
Windmill (15 lbs)

Pallof Press 3×20 sec each side @ 20 lbs

5x100m row with 30 seconds rest in between sets (all around :20)
