A) DB Close grip bench – 50lb x 12 reps
B) RFE Split Squat – 2x20lb x 12 reps ES
C) TRX Plank shift – 10 reps

A) Pull-up – 10 reps
B) SB Ham Curl – 12 reps
C) Pallof press hold – 20 sec
