In the gym early this morning for a workout. As a matter of fact, I was the only person in the gym at 7:00am.

Inclined dumbbell bench – 50lbs
Walking lunges – 2x25lbs
Bodyweight row

Thruster – 2x25lb DBs
Lunge stance row
Medicine ball slams – 12 lb ball

2×10
Hammer curl – 25lbs and fat gripz
Bodyweight dips
