Minute 0-7:

3 rounds: 6 Deadlifts (225/155) + 10 Burpees

Minute 7-14:

100 Double Unders + 50 Abmat Situps + 25 KBS (55/35)

Minute 14-21:

1000m Row + 20 Thrusters (45/35) + 20 Pullups

Holy cow – the row killed me. Only got in 15 pull-ups in that last set. Really pissed me off. Feeling sore from all of the pull-ups yesterday.
