15 Minutes to Establish 1RM Clean

I ended up hitting 135# on the Snatch and 205# on the Clean! For the Clean, that was my goal for the year—to pass 200#. Super stoked! Still pretty sore from Ragnar. Calves are pretty tight. Hitting the foam roller for sure!
