Charlotte competed at the Girls Gone RX’d competition today in Commerce City. I snuck out after her first event to hit the gym during Open Gym hours. Did the workout I missed on Wednesday.

Did all of the sets of front squats unbroken. The first set of 21 ring push-ups were also unbroken. 15 hit me like a brick wall. I had to do sets of 5’s. Then, for the 9, I did 3-2-2-2. Not great!
