Worked on some snatches today at CFU. Worked up to 95# and then did 10×2 at that weight.

Followed that up with a 10 min muscle-up EMOM. I hit 10/10 and then continued through 15 minutes. I only missed 2 reps in 15 minutes! Super stoked about that. Going to go for 15/15 next week.
