Muscle-up Practice!

20min EMOM – 1 Muscle-up

Made it all 20 minutes only missing 3 total reps (min 2, 3, and 4). Solid after that.

Then, I did two rounds of the following:

  • 5 kip ups on the rings practicing hip extension
  • 30 seconds false grip dead hang
  • 5 kips on the rings touching them to my hips
