GoRuck Tough Denver – 4th of July edition. This was my first GoRuck event ever, and I started pretty beat up from yesterday’s Operation Red Wings workout. Still, we got after it.

Chris and I reported to D’Evelyn High School at 9pm on Friday night ready to get it on. We started with some brief PT and then we were off as a group. Throughout the night, we finished 18-19 miles, many carrying sand bags and extra weights, while walking through Red Rocks, always with 30# on my back. Damn it was fun!

We finished off with some community service fulfilling GoRuck’s event mission of “Building Better Americans.” Here are two photos from the event courtesy of another team member.
