A good bit off my previous PR. Not sure where I went wrong honestly. Pull-ups were done in roughly 5:40. Push-ups took forever though. Need to work on those more.

My chest is pretty sore from benching yesterday. Charlotte and I both hit the 4:30pm class for Angie today.

I broke the pull-ups into sets of 5 and rested 5-10 seconds between each round. I was off the pull-up bar in roughly 5:30. For the push-ups, I did the same 5 rep rotation through 50. Then, I moved to sets of 2 or 3 and finally sets of 1 from 95-100. Chest was killing me! I pushed straight through the situps. For the air squats, I went 40 straight and then did sets of 10 with a 3-5 second break.
