I started experimenting with intermittent fasting today so I didn’t eat until around 2:30pm. Up until that point, I just had heavy cream in my coffee for some added fat. For lunch, I had 4 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, broccoli, some cheese, and some turkey. Dinner was kale salad, a large helping of steak, and a small bit of mashed potatoes. After the workout, I had a carton of blackberries for some carbs. I’m going to try to keep up the 18/6 fasting schedule this week and see how it goes.

During the workout, I felt a bit dead, which was to be expected. The ankle touches were hard as hell!
