First day back after traveling to Charlotte and then the low back acting up:

75 Pull-ups (Gymnastics kip, no butterfly)
50 Strict Handstand push-ups
25 Box Jumps (36″)

Time: 21:10

I modified the 50 strict handstand push-ups to 20 with partner assist from Zach. Still blew up my shoulders. Disappointed I haven’t spent any time getting better at these.
