Labor Day workout! Headed up to Mountain Strong. After a pretty extensive warm-up we tackled Nutts, a hero WOD I had never done before.
10 Handstand push-ups
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
25 Box jumps, 30 inch box
100 Wallball shots, 20 pounds, 10′
Run 400 meters with a 45lb plate
The handstand push-ups were frustrating. I went 4/3/2/1. Went 9/6 on the deadlifts with a short 5 second break. The pull-ups were 10/10/10/5/5/5/5. The WBs were done in sets of 10. The run was terrible :). Overall, great Labor Day!
