With a partner, 20 rounds split evenly of:

  • 4 lengths swimming
  • 10 DB Thruster (15#)

Had a pair of light DBs so Char and I tried to partner up for a swim workout. Quinn was not having it so this ended up being quite challenging. Got it done in roughly 30 minutes.
