First workout at CrossFit Undeniable

Warm-up (20 Min Clock)

With at 20 min running clock, work your way through these 6 Stations. Warm up and mobilize. Practice speed while perfecting technique:

  • 10 Passthroughs
  • 10 Hollow/Superman Rolls (5 each way)
  • Pushup Pyramid
  • 10 Kart wheels (5 each way)
  • Handstand Walk/15 sec. Handstand hold
  • 5 Broad Jump
