Warm-up (20 Min Clock)
With at 20 min running clock, work your way through these 6 Stations. Warm up and mobilize. Practice speed while perfecting technique:
- 10 Passthroughs
- 10 Hollow/Superman Rolls (5 each way)
- Pushup Pyramid
- 10 Kart wheels (5 each way)
- Handstand Walk/15 sec. Handstand hold
- 5 Broad Jump
