Starting to feel a little bit more recovered from Operation Red Wing. My legs are still pretty dead though, which meant today was going to be a lot of fun. Out in the garage at 11:15AM before baths and naps for the kids.

Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes alternating between:

  • 0-3 minutes: 40 Empty Bar Thrusters then max burpee pull-ups
  • 3-6 minutes: 30 Cal Echo Bike then rest remainder

I ended up going:

  • 14/1:48
  • 12/1:47
  • 10/1:46

Happy to negative split the bike each time! The thrusters (subbed for wall balls) really stung.

– Grab an Odd Object and Run to Carrabba’s Door!
– Set it down and do 4 Cartwheels (2L/2R) and 4 burpee!
– Hustle back w/ someone else’s odd object!

Then do 3 rounds of Strict Cindy

Met Con

In teams of 3, Complete 10,000M Row.

During your team row, non rowers will complete an AMRAP of:
– 5 Burpee Pull Up
– 10 Box Jump

*1 Person completes one round of he AMRAP, then switch.

I partnered with Zach and Karly. We made it through roughly 9400m before the 40 minute time cap. We had 50+ rounds of the AMRAP. This one was a burner!
