Legs are feeling it from Operation Red Wing yesterday although not as much as I would’ve expected. Either way, I had planned on some light movement just to get the blood flowing. So, after mowing the yard, I was out in the garage at 12:45PM for a workout.

I kept this one nice and steady throughout all of the rounds. I started with :50 rounds then finished with 1:00 rounds roughly. The toughest part was my grip, which really started to burn in the last set!
