Back in the gym after a vacation in Lake Tahoe. Got after it with the 4:30pm class hitting the CrossFit Total today. What a way to come back to the gym!

After failing at 135# for one attempt, I took a bit longer break, got back underneath it, and nailed it.

CrossFit Total today! First time getting this all in in one day. Got to the gym about 4:15pm to get the warm-up in ahead of the 4:30pm class.

I’m not sure I’ve done a 1RM on strict press before so 125# was really an estimated PR. Still, really stoked to hit 130#. It went up pretty slow, but it went up!

I failed at 375# and 385# today. Not a great day on deadlift (previous PR 385#). All the squat and press work made me tired. Next time around!
