Out in the garage with Charlotte at 10AM.

20 min AMRAP:

  • 2 Wall Walks
  • 20 Alt DB Snatches
  • 24 Squats

Result: 9+11

I tried to keep a round every 2:00-2:10, and I was successful the whole way. Didn’t really slow down at all, which was the goal! Previously, I did 8+7 on this workout with 12×75# Power Snatch instead of the Alt DB Snatch. I definitely felt that the DB was easier.

Got in two workouts today because they were both pretty short.

12 min EMOM:

  • 2 Wall Walks
  • 6 T2B
  • 18 Double Unders

This was a challenging amount of work to get done in a minute! I made it 7 rounds. Took the 8th round off. And, finished minutes 9-12. The wall walks were particularly challenging.

5 rounds for time:

  • 10 Renegade Rows (35#)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24″)

Time: 9:43

Did all the push-up + renegade rows in sets of 6/4.

Joined the 8AM class for some GOAT work! We started with a 10 min EMOM alternating movements we need to practice:

Minute 1: 2 Strict Muscle-ups
Minute 2: 4 Pistols each side

Then, we moved onto this metcon:

15 minute EMOM:

Minute 1: 20 Ground to Overhead (45# Plate)
Minute 2: 20 Walking Lunges with plate
Minute 3: 2 Wall Walks (I scaled down from 3)

This was WAY harder than it looked!

I felt like absolute garbage from the very start. I scaled the S2OH to 115 and the thruster to 95. Everything else was Rx. I didn’t even write down my time it was so slow.
