For time, partitioned any way:
- 40 Ring Muscle-ups
- 80 Cal Row
- 120 Wall Balls
Time cap: 20 minutes
I started with a chunk of 7 muscle-ups basically following this pattern:
5 rounds of:
- Max set of muscle-ups
- 16 Cal Row
- 24 Wall Balls
My tiebreak time was 15:24, and I finished a total of 31 muscle-ups.
