My sole goal was to finish. I started off going 9-8-8-8 on the thrusters. Then, I went 9-9-5-4 on the next set. 7’s for the set of 21. 8-7 on the set of 15. 5-4 on the set of 9. My chest-to-bars were in sets of 5-6 to start and then triples the rest of the way. I ended up finishing 4 reps shy with a score of 206. I spent too much time staring at the bar between sets of thrusters. It was a pretty devastating way to finish out the Open! I really wish I could’ve finished.
